Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Music Quizly (the "Service") operated by Ankra (Norway). By creating an account, connecting a social login, or otherwise using account features, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Accounts. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must keep your credentials confidential. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, cheat, or interfere with the enjoyment of other players.

2. Acceptable Use. You agree not to harass others, disrupt rooms, or attempt to scrape/abuse the Service. In-game display names must remain civil. We reserve the right to moderate or remove any content or accounts that harm our community safety.

3. Third-Party Content & APIs. The Service facilitates access to music and metadata provided by third-party platforms (e.g., Deezer). We do not own this music content. Your use of the Service is subject to the availability and terms of these third-party providers.

4. "As-Is" & Limitation of Liability. The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ankra is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including data loss or service interruptions) arising from your use of the Service.

5. Service Changes. We may modify or discontinue features at any time without notice. We are not responsible for the loss of "Star Tiers," stats, or badges due to technical changes or account termination.

6. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alta, Norway.
